With just over 300 residents, the Village of Huntleigh is the smallest and most exclusive community in the St. Louis region. Home prices average well over $1 million and lot sizes range from three acres to nearly twenty. Huntleigh is an equestrian community and the love of horses is prevalent throughout. The Briddlespur Hunt Club was originally located in the Village of Huntleigh and has been converted into a luxury residence. Equestrian trails meander throughout the fields and wooded property.
Huntleigh is centrally located just west of Ladue and south of Frontenac and north of Kirkwood. But, don't be surprised if native St. Louisans don't know of its existence. The residents of Huntleigh are quiet and unobtrusive; there are no community buildings or services. Residents keep the area pristine with no commercial developments. The Village of Huntleigh is part of the Ladue School District and Kirkwood School District.
