Aristotle wrote, "Excellence is never an accident. It is always the result of high intention, sincere effort, and intelligent execution; it represents the wise choice of many alternatives - choice, not chance, determines your destiny." In pursuit of his destiny, Andrew Bauer wisely chose to join Janet McAfee Real Estate in July of 2013.
Andrew’s real estate career began 2009 and today, he offers over three years of valuable transaction experience. Andrew is a distinguished graduate of the Real Estate Institute and a member of the St. Louis Association of Realtors.
A St. Louis native, Andrew grew up in Town and Country and attended Rossman Elementary School, Whitfield School and Webster University. At eighteen years of age, he began working part-time in real estate while in college and following a short stint with his father’s architectural firm, entered the real estate business full-time.
Andrew’s primary geographic focus includes the central corridor communities of Town & Country, Ladue, Chesterfield, Clayton, Sunset Hills, Kirkwood, Des Peres, and select Missouri farm and ranch communities. His family owns and operates Sayersbrook, a Bison farm in Potosi, Missouri.
His experience as a Buyer’s Agent perfectly complements his increasing knowledge of the listing side of the business. Andrew is the first to acknowledge that serving in the "back office" of many high producing real estate teams over the years has provided him with firsthand knowledge of the techniques successful agents deploy to help their clients achieve their real estate goals.
Andrew states his goals in life are, "To help my clients achieve their housing objectives and to keep them informed of the ever changing real estate market. My clients always become lifelong friends."
