Nancy specializes in residential and condominium properties in the St. Louis Central Corridor with emphasis on the communities of Clayton, Ladue, Kirkwood, Webster Groves, Brentwood, and Richmond Heights.
"One of the things I love about real estate," says Nancy, "is the one-on-one connection with people. Helping guide a person or family through the process of buying a home or selling a home is one of the most rewarding aspects of my representation. Together, we work to overcome obstacles and often, we must make some very tough decisions. Through the process, clients become friends."
A native of St. Louis, Nancy grew up in Hampton Park and attended the University of Missouri, Columbia where she studied Elementary Education. She is active in the community as she has served as the 2013 Co-Chair of the Fragile X Foundation Walk and Co-Chair of her Church Fashion Show.
When she is not working, Nancy spends as much time as possible with her husband of 32 years, her two children, and her extended family. In contrast to her professional life, Nancy achieves balance in her personal life through physical and spiritual fitness, gourmet cooking, and gardening.
